Payment structure
A deposit equaling 15% of the purchase price is due as follows:
- $10,000 due at signing the Purchase Agreement at the Home Selection Appointment;
- Balance of 10% within 7 days of signing the Purchase Agreement;
- Remaining 5% six (6) months from rescission.
