Seton

Seton is a new community in Calgary that began development in 2018. While it will eventually house approximately 17,500 residents and is expected to be fully built out by 2028, it's still under construction. There are multiple residential buildings, including apartments and condos, with varying numbers of units and stories. For example, Seton Summit includes 622 condos and is expected to be completed near the end of 2023. Seton West Phase 2 has 99 units and is a 4-story condo building, with construction starting in September 2024 and estimated completion in September 2025.
