The Hudson community in Placentia, California, features 139 townhome units built by Landsea Homes. These townhomes are currently under construction at 1580 Lima Circle. The project includes 63 traditional row townhomes and 76 back-to-back townhomes. The units range in size from 775 to 1,361 square feet. The community is located in a former auto yard, between the Santa Fe railroad tracks and Atwood Channel, south of Orangethorpe Avenue.
