The southwest building at Fundy Quay in Saint John, which is the first building in the development, is scheduled to be completed in the first or second quarter of 2026. Construction of this six-story building, which includes residential and commercial spaces, began in July with an underground parking garage, according to Fundy Harbour Group. The entire Fundy Quay project, including five buildings, is expected to be completed by 2032
