Yerba Buena Island - The Townhomes

The townhomes on Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco were built starting in 2020, with construction expected to be delivered in the early to mid 2020s. The development, known as The Townhomes, will offer around 90 homes, with each group of 5-7 homes in a row. The units range in size from about 2,200 to 4,400 square feet and feature layouts from two-bedroom + loft to five-bedroom options. The townhomes are part of a larger 20-year development project that will ultimately include up to 8,000 residential units on Yerba Buena and Treasure Islands.
